Will a full-size passport fit in the money belt pouch?

The pouch is 2.25 by 3.5 inches, which fits a US passport but tightly. It is better suited for cards, folded bills, and small documents. If carrying a passport is the priority, the neck wallet gives you more room and better access.

Does it get sweaty and uncomfortable under clothes in warm weather?

The moisture-wicking back panel is specifically there to handle this. It draws moisture away from skin rather than trapping it like standard nylon would. On hot days you will still feel it, but it is far more comfortable than a non-wicking alternative.

What waist sizes does it fit?

Can I go through airport security without removing it?
